Exclusive Prep Sport Badges

We've got badges in the works for almost every aspect of high school sport life. You've got em for throwing, hitting, running, and just play scaring the person across the line from you (which we can discount as a skill in itself). There's also a special breed of animated prep sport badges we would like to introduce and that's our exclusive set of badges. These are special and only a certain group of intrepid (translated as crazy, insane, and/or freaky) will be able to show these badges on their prep player or fan profile page. Enough of the intro...let's introduce what a badge in and then take a look at what is needed to get the exclusive badges.

First, a quick tour of the PrepSportFantasy.com badges. Each badge is an animated 280x50 pixel snapshot addressing everything we love about high school sports. Again, each has a specific vibe and title because we know our community members love to express their unique take on things. The badges are proudly displayed on a player or fan's profile page right below the high school channel box. You can click on the badge to see all the ones available and they're generally categorized by sport. Now on to the exclusive badges.

The exclusive badges are generally available on a first come, first serve basis. Some are sport specific (say the first 1000 fantasy league owners) while others are larger in scale than just one sport. The first roll out will reward the initial accounts of the system when our little slice of prep sport fantasy league nonsense is launched. This is how they will go. The first 1000 accounts will get access to the Pioneer badge, a Pimp my Covered Wagon celebration of those who go first into the wild (the wild being fantasy league for high school sports...unknown so far online). The second badge will be available to the first 2000 accounts and will be called "All Eyes On Me". Some people just like to get their first and make a scene. We salute you. The next exclusive badge will be "First Contact" with our recurring friend, Guillaume from another planet. In this case, it's first contact with PrepSportFantasy.com and will be available to the first 3000 accounts. Next up is the "Insane in the Membrane" badge for those online freaks who are just crazy enough to be part of something new. We'll continue with the exclusive badges up to about 10000 accounts, after which, these badges associated with the launch will disappear forever. But don't worry, we have others in the works.

You can expect exclusive badges at the start of over new season to kick off our love of high school football or high school basketball...or...you get the picture. Each badge will signify something big is coming up and some exclusive badges will be just to address something one of our team thinks is really funny or cool. I'm not planning on a Cat Fancy badge but I also can't rule it out. These guys are freaks.
